lastpass and fingerprint reader

Hi,
Unfortunately I get this error below in the lastpass plugin
"Fingerprint Reader Authentication: No supported fingerprint or card reader detected"
but works fine in chromium and shows microsoft fingerprint reader
what could be the solution?
